As a mother of two grown happy single daughters, and as your sister in faith, I'm going to pass along what I have learned since my painful divorce (after a 31 yr marriage). If we expect a person, place or thing to MAKE us happy, then we are just setting ourselves up for huge disappointments in life. Being happy is our personal responcibility. God created all human beings for impact, to be creative and productive. When we are living as designed and are emotionally healthy and happy--WE WILL ATTRACT AN EMOTIONALLY HEALTHY AND HAPPY PARTENER. MOM

i know how you feel,i was marriade 14 years,i get lonely to for companionship thats why i know God led me to this sight.im also praying for patience.i know on His timing we will find a good man,to love and respect us.find things to get involved with,church activities ect...God gave me my kids and my church family to take away the loniness.i will pray for you.no your never to old to find true love,my dad was in his 50s.God bless

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths".
My prayers are with you... pray without ceasing, and don't concentrate yourself in that issue or else you get frustrated and depressed. Enjoy what you have now and be thankful in everything including being alone for now. God works in mysterious ways, so you don't exactly know what He's planning for you. Keep yourself busy and enjoy the things you're doing. Maybe going out with your lady friend(s)? Take care and God bless.

Hi
I pray the Lord will be with you because lonliness, sadness, and depression all go together, and it is very tough. Seems as though things cannot get any darker. I know these things because I have been there and not so awful long ago.
Keep busy, keep praying, keep talking, associate with other x-tians, and God will see you through.
Perhaps times like these are the hardest to handle. Sometimes we allow the bad things of life to get us down, and satan surely will keep feeding your misery.
